- Opt-in and Opt-out: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to the repair process, status updates, invoices, promotions, and other relevant information. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any of our messages.
- Message Frequency: We will send a reasonable number of messages related to your repair request, which may include reminders, updates, and promotional offers.
- Carrier Fees: Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.
- Message Content: You agree that the messages sent via A2P 10DLC may include transactional and promotional content related to our services. We are committed to using A2P 10DLC messaging responsibly and within the bounds of applicable regulations.
3. 90-Day Abandonment Policy
At Fix-It-All Repairs, we aim to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness and prevent the abuse of repair services, we have established the following 90-Day Abandonment Policy:
- Unclaimed Repairs: If your device has been repaired and remains unclaimed for 90 days from the date of completion, we reserve the right to consider the repair abandoned. The customer will be contacted at least once during this period to remind them of the unclaimed device.
- Storage Fees: If your device remains unclaimed, we may charge a reasonable storage fee for the continued holding of the device beyond the 90-day period. The storage fee will be outlined at the time of the repair.
- No Refunds After 90 Days: After 90 days, if the device remains unclaimed, no refunds will be issued for repairs, and the device may be disposed of or recycled at our discretion.
- Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you anticipate being unable to claim your device within the 90-day period, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
4. Limitation of Liability
Fix-It-All Repairs will not be held liable for any damages caused to your device during the repair process that were not directly caused by our actions. We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption that occurs during the repair or diagnostic process. It is your responsibility to back up all data before submitting your device for repair.
5. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms, disrupts our business, or causes harm to the reputation of Fix-It-All Repairs.
6. Amendments to the Terms of Service
We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed about any updates.
